Data Privacy Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Privacy Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the effective implementation and oversight of the Data Privacy program within various corporate functions at NTT DATA.

In Short

• Support the implementation of Data Privacy initiatives across Corporate Functions.
• Create and maintain privacy documentation and templates.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the global Record of Processing Activities (ROPA).
• Conduct Privacy Risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Manage Data Subject Requests (DSR) and maintain DSR logs.
• Participate in Data Privacy working groups and governance forums.
• Provide input for compliance tracking and reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant responses.
• Keep abreast of developments in data privacy and undertake continual training.
• Work collaboratively across multiple functions and time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; CIPP, CIPM preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Data Privacy or related fields.
• Experience in advising on data protection matters.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of global data protection laws and regulations.
• Experience with One Trust or 6clicks preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
