Overview

Artera is seeking a curious and collaborative Privacy Analyst to help navigate data privacy requirements across healthcare and global regulations, shaping the approach to privacy at a strategic level.

In Short

• Join a lean yet mighty Legal team at Artera.
• Work on vendor risk reviews, data protection agreements, and privacy tooling.
• Contribute to evolving Artera’s privacy program in response to new challenges.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and Product teams.
• Draft and maintain privacy policies and internal documentation.
• Support contract reviews and negotiations including BAAs and DPAs.
• Engage in audit readiness efforts and support FedRAMP privacy deliverables.
• Educate teams on consistent privacy practices.
• Shape AI and machine learning policy frameworks.
• Preferred location is Denver, but candidates from other hubs are welcome.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred; experience may substitute.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare privacy regulations.
• Experience with data privacy and security audits.
• Proficient with privacy management tools like OneTrust.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• IAPP certification is preferred.
