Overview

The Cross Technology Managed Server Engineer (L3) is responsible for providing managed services to ensure the operational integrity of IT infrastructure and systems for clients.

• Proactively monitor work queues and resolve incidents/requests within SLA.
• Provide third-level support for technical incidents and requests.
• Identify and analyze issues prior to occurrence and log incidents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other teams for support.
• Execute changes with risk identification and mitigation plans.
• Contribute to change management processes and log change requests.
• Audit incident/request tickets for quality and recommend improvements.
• May support project work and implement disaster recovery functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing.
• 5+ years of experience in a server enterprise environment.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., VMware, Microsoft Azure).
• Advanced experience with Windows server environments.
• Moderate knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
• Experience working with vendors and third parties.
• Strong troubleshooting and event management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
