Overview

nTop is seeking a driven and execution-focused Academic Program Manager to promote the adoption and growth of nTop and computational design within the academic community. This pivotal role focuses on building strong partnerships with academic institutions and promoting our innovative programs globally. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in academic institutions and training programs. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, academic partners, and industry stakeholders to drive the adoption of our software in education and research. As an Academic Program Manager, you will be able to shape the future of engineering by equipping students, educators, and researchers with cutting-edge tools during their formative academic and early career stages—helping ensure nTop becomes a cornerstone of their professional journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or customer engagement roles.
  • Familiarity with engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, CAE) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience developing curriculum or instructional materials is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for education and advancing the engineering profession.
  • Ability to travel to headquarters and universities (10% travel).
