Overview

The Director of Admissions is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Admissions team and overall admissions process, ensuring internal collaboration, execution of strategic initiatives, and a compassionate and effective experience for clients and families.

In Short

  • Responsible for the professionalism, productivity, performance, and consistency of the Admissions team.
  • Drive admissions volume, conversion rates, and census targets through active management of the admissions pipeline.
  • Own and optimize the full admissions funnel from initial inquiry through admission.
  • Manage staffing, training, and evaluation of the Admissions team.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies to attain admission goals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with the Admissions process.
  • Supervise and assist with pre-admission assessments and screenings.
  • Coordinate with Marketing/Outreach to align referral flow.
  • Maintain accurate admissions and referral data entry within the CRM system.
  • Continuously evaluate processes to improve efficiency and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions or patient access.
  • Three plus years supervisory experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data reporting tools.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of industry and trauma-integrated care.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to gain within first 30 days.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license.
