As an Associate Product Manager at NPS Prism, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and the Product team to develop and deliver a commercially successful product that serves key industries across various regions.

In Short

Support product development for NPS Prism instruments.
Design and execute benchmarking surveys.
Collaborate with research vendors for data quality.
Analyze data and develop client-ready dashboards.
Engage with stakeholders across different teams.
Participate in client meetings for data inquiries.
Conduct analyses for proposals and support product sales.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of experience in customer insights or analytics.
Fluency in English is required.
