Associate Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Product Manager at clearer.io, you will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap for Rich Returns, a leading returns management solution for Shopify merchants, by collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences in eCommerce.

In Short

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap.
• Gather merchant feedback and analyze data for feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams for product updates.
• Conduct research to understand customer needs.
• Partner with marketing and sales for successful feature launches.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights.
• 2-4 years of product management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Experience in Agile development is a plus.
• Self-starter with a passion for building impactful products.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or Shopify apps.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience in Agile product development and working with engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of Shopify, eCommerce, or returns/logistics is a plus.
• Must have a working knowledge of PLG tactics.
• Nice to have an understanding of sales led growth motion.
• Self-starter with a passion for building intuitive, high-impact products.
