In Short

• Program Duration: September 8th, 2025 - December 5th, 2025 (dates may be flexible, depending on school requirements)
• Legal externs will gain experience in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC).
• Responsibilities include contract review, legal research, and drafting legal documents.
• Externs will participate in client meetings and training sessions.
• Education requirement: Current students in an accredited law school program.
• Preferred qualifications include strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
• This externship may be compensated through school-sponsored stipends.
• Remote work is permitted from an approved location.
• Application submissions close on July 31st, 2025.
• All externs must have authorization to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Current students in an accredited law school program (1L, 2L, 3L, or LLM).
• Relevant background experience and interest in OGC practice areas.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Legal research and writing skills.
• Demonstrated interest in media, technology, and/or non-profit fields.
