Overview

As a People and Culture Generalist at NovoEd, you will support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations, playing a pivotal role in both administrative and strategic responsibilities.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting operations for full-time and contingent hiring.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies and identify staffing needs.
• Draft and post job advertisements and maintain the applicant tracking system.
• Plan onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews.
• Compose new HR procedures and policies.
• Identify cultural trends and enhance employee engagement.
• Administer benefits and compensation programs.
• Develop employee training and development programs.
• Provide HR advisory services to employees.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a People Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to suggest improvements.
