Part-time People & Culture Generalist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a part-time People & Culture Generalist to join our team in Canada, working up to 20 hours per week. This role will be critical in supporting our Canadian operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

In Short

• Drive the establishment and continuous improvement of global HR processes.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for Canadian staff.
• Assist with recruitment and offboarding processes.
• Support payroll administration and benefits management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Canadian employees.
• Ensure a smooth technical setup for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR management or generalist role.
• Extensive knowledge of employment legislation in Ontario and Quebec.
• Fluency in English and French (oral and written).
• Experience with payroll administration.
• Experience with Personio and Google Workspace is a strong asset.
