Senior Implementation Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Implementation Project Manager (PM) is a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders to ensure complex implementation plans are executed for large-scale enterprise US clients.

• Manage and own the success of projects from end to end.
• Gather information from customers to analyze their needs.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate any project risks and scope changes.
• Build and foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Manage resource planning and utilization.
• Own and drive process improvements and implementation success.
• Assist sales team with pre-sales support.
• Create and deliver project presentations and status reports.
• Facilitate regular project team meetings.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with Enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Extensive experience managing and executing complex projects.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Experience with project management tools and agile development tools.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
