The Notion Recruiting team is looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to partner with various teams and drive the recruiting strategy while ensuring a delightful candidate experience.

• Partner with GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Own the recruiting process from talent identification to closing.
• Drive diversity and inclusion strategies.
• Ensure structured hiring plans and evaluation processes.
• Inspire candidates throughout the interview process.
• Build scalable recruitment processes and programs.
• Collaborate with HR and executive operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM functions.
• Proven track record in identifying and closing talent.
• Experience coaching hiring managers through the recruiting process.
• Ability to build representative candidate pipelines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
