Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of hospital or professional billing/collections experience.
• GA HMFA Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) Certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of payer policies and explanation of benefits interpretation.
• Attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
