The Management Accountant role involves leading the Budgeting and Accounting Team at Norfolk County Council, ensuring a high standard of financial integrity and supporting transformational change within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven background as an Accountant in a complex organization.
• Qualified Accountant to CCAB level.
• Post qualification experience in a financial environment.
• Experience working with senior finance managers.
• Ability to influence at strategic and operational levels.
• Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience managing a team is beneficial.
• Strong financial judgement and relationship-building skills.
• Good Broadband connectivity for remote work.
