Overview

The Affiliate Account Director will be responsible for building relationships and measuring performance in the affiliate marketing space, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

• Prepare and roll out an affiliate strategy in Spain/LATAM/Portugal.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management.
• Fluent in Spanish and good English communication skills; Portuguese is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and confident in data analysis.
• Solid negotiation skills aimed at tangible results.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong network of editorial contacts is an advantage.
• Experience with tracking platforms and CRM tools is a bonus.
