UX Researcher Contractor - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a UX Researcher to work on digital products within a banking environment, responsible for researching and defining user experience.

In Short

• Plan and execute research (interviews, surveys, usability tests).
• Analyze user behavior and generate actionable insights.
• Build user journeys, empathy maps, and personas.
• Define user flows and information architecture.
• Draft acceptance criteria and support functional definition.
• Identify friction points and propose evidence-based improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in digital products (preferably banking, fintech, or complex digital services).
• Proficiency in tools like Figma and Jira.
• Ability to work in Agile environments (scrum/squads).
