Overview

The Head of Design will cultivate and own the Noble brand and associated products, ensuring alignment with the brand throughout the product development process.

• Lead brand projects and ensure uniform brand alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, product design, or creative direction, ideally in Web3.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, UX/UI design, and creative content production.
• Experience designing for crypto, DeFi, or financial applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Ability to balance hands-on design work with high-level creative strategy.
