In Short

  • Define the vision and strategy for product categories.
  • Develop and own the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer support teams.
  • Conduct user research to understand B2B buyer needs.
  • Optimize platform experience for gems and melee buyers.
  • Enhance supplier onboarding and product data quality.
  • Use data analytics to track category performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, or B2B environments.
  • Comfortable working with engineering teams.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a track record of product features.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex challenges strategically.
  • Experience in B2B marketplaces or supply chain platforms.
  • Familiarity with gems & melee sourcing is preferred.
