Engineering Lead - Remote

Overview

The Engineering Lead will take ownership of the system and help scale it, driving technical direction across the platform with autonomy in design and implementation.

Requirements

• 6+ years building and shipping real products (B2B SaaS / Media tech ideally)
• Strong fullstack experience in TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystems
• Experience with complex systems and end-to-end functionality
• Ability to distinguish where details matter and where to keep things simple
• Accountability for outcomes and ownership of decisions
• Bias towards action without sacrificing thoughtful consideration
• Understanding of user behavior and pragmatic decision-making
• Experience leading teams through growth and effectiveness
• Experience with cloud infrastructure beyond just application code
