Senior Frontend Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join the NinjaTrader Web team. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing our core web applications. Your contributions will significantly impact the user experience, product roadmap, and overall business outcomes.

In Short

• Contribute to the development, optimization, and infrastructure of NinjaTrader’s web-based application.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design prototypes into high-quality, scalable code.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient web architecture using cloud-based infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain real-time performance monitoring and logging solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end components with backend systems.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams, QA, and Product Managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience with modern web frameworks and technologies.
• 4+ years of professional experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of modern web technologies, specifically REST and WebSocket.
• Familiarity with Yarn/NPM, Gulp, Webpack, and Electron.
• Experience with deploying applications in a cloud-based containerized environment.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Dependable team player with strong work ethic and analytical skills.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
