Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Associate - Remote

Overview

The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Associate at NinjaTrader will play a critical role in overseeing the effective implementation and enforcement of the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering Program. This individual will be responsible for monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting investigations into suspicious activities, and ensuring the firm adheres to best practices in AML compliance.

In Short

• Conduct AML assessments, including transaction reviews and customer activity analysis.
• Investigate potential matches against sanctions lists and internal watchlists.
• Monitor real-time and retrospective client transactions.
• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new clients.
• Enhance and maintain surveillance programs and internal controls.
• Manage compliance reporting deadlines to regulatory bodies.
• Develop and enforce AML policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
• Oversee internal control systems for risk management.
• Provide guidance on compliance matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an AML-related role required.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML rules and regulations.
• Ability to understand futures transactions and apply regulations.
• BA or BS Degree.
• Excellent writing, speaking, and organization skills.
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic.
