Overview

The Dialer & Marketing Specialist is responsible for outreach, CRM updates, recruiting calls, post-closing surveys, and creating marketing materials.

In Short

• Handle outreach to Realtors and Loan Officers for appointment scheduling.
• Use provided calling scripts during outreach.
• Verify production metrics of Realtors.
• Manage and update CRM data accurately.
• Conduct follow-up surveys with clients.
• Create weekly marketing flyers for listings.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts in designated Florida counties.
• Maintain organized lists and schedules for multiple loan originators.
• Meet weekly call and appointment quotas.
• Provide excellent customer service during post-closing calls.

Requirements
