• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop and Canva.
• Experience in social media management and campaign analytics.
• Ability to develop marketing plans based on industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of marketing schedules and content creation.
• Experience with mortgage industry marketing is a plus.
