Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand and generating quality leads. This person will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and implementing innovative strategies to attract and engage our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Requirements

• Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Advanced knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Proven ability to generate and nurture high-quality leads.
• Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
