Overview

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of both existing and prospective retail clients. You will act as the main point of contact for these clients for NielsenIQ.

In Short

  • Delivering core revenue targets, based on retaining subscription revenue and generating new business.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives to achieve company objectives.
  • Relationship Owner for top Self Service store clients in Mexico City.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners within the retailers.
  • Understand the Nielseniq value proposition.
  • Build and frequently contact clients to understand their service requirements.
  • Manage and negotiate annual renewals across your supplier base.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support operations team to ensure good service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing revenue targets.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail or consulting.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to build successful relationships.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Demonstrable sales experience with strong results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and driven with good time management skills.
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Professionally presented and confident communicator.
