In Short

• Promote and maintain active and friendly collaboration with panel members.
• Provide clear, polite, and effective support to panel members both over the phone and in person.
• Install, maintain, and remove measurement equipment in panel members' households according to panel leader instructions.
• Train panel members on how to use TV audience measurement devices.
• Accurately keep records of used and replaced technical materials and monitor equipment serial numbers.
• Regularly check sociodemographic data and TV viewing data in panel households.
• Collaborate with all panel management team members and other business units.
• Manage tasks, schedule tasks, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Monitor inventory levels and effectively manage stock.

Requirements

• Required education level: V. level (e.g., electrical engineering, electronics, energy, computer science, or related fields).
• Good knowledge of audiovisual equipment.
• Good command of the English language; knowledge of Serbian-Croatian is an advantage.
• Communication, precision, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and teamwork skills.
• Ability and willingness to assist customers and handle inquiries professionally.
• Attention to detail and precision in data entry.
• Computer literacy and passion for technology.
• Basic understanding of computer networks.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to a dynamic business environment.
• Valid Slovenian driver's license (category B) and own car.
• Preference will be given to candidates from the western part of Slovenia.
