Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Pricing Product Management team, supporting initiatives across the CXone Mpower platform.

In Short

• Evolve the pricing product roadmap, focusing on global scalability, automation, and user experience.
• Serve as the business owner for pricing processes within CPQ.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define pricing models for new product offerings.
• Define business requirements and user stories for pricing-related enhancements.
• Drive initiatives related to discounting logic, quote flexibility, approval flows, and price governance.
• Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance in global pricing.
• Support strategic initiatives such as new business models.
• Educate internal teams on pricing capabilities and enhancements.
• Provide input to dashboards and analytics supporting pricing decisions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B tech.
• Strong understanding of commercial models and pricing workflows.
• Experience defining product requirements in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage complexity and align stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
