Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a creative, passionate, and driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team. As a customer and market centric Product Manager you would help build differentiated capabilities enabling delightful experiences for the leading Customer Experience SaaS product in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

In Short

• Actively explore and apply user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements.
• Understand overall strategy & vision, identify features to be built, and contribute to the roadmap.
• Build use cases and user stories and communicate them effectively.
• Maintain a roadmap that helps solve critical problems and delivers value.
• Facilitate communication throughout the development process.
• Identify methods and metrics for success and failures.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners and Managers.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods for driving innovation.
• Works with cross-functional teams towards successful launch of new features.
• Acts as subject matter expert for assigned products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 11+ years of overall industry experience with 7+ years in product management.
• Demonstrated strong product thinking and product management certifications.
• Prior experience in Contact Center domain is a strong plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand technical information.
