Product Manager - Analytics Team - Remote

Overview

NICE is seeking a Product Manager to join the Analytics Team and lead the transcription product for NICE. As a Product Manager, you will discover new products and features that are useful to customers, valuable to NICE, and technically feasible.

In Short

• Define the market need by conducting research and talking with customers and stakeholders
• Define a roadmap and prioritize features to support ongoing roadmap execution
• Communicate the direction and how the roadmap meets a market need
• Build, document, and execute user stories, use cases, test scenarios, test cases
• Partner with Engineering to deliver on the roadmap
• Make tough decisions balancing constraints in scope, complexity and time-to-market
• Ensure successful go-to-market by working with all stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 - 5 years of experience with Agile Product Management
• Demonstrated success in software requirement definition
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to translate customer feedback into software solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities
