Assistant Controller - Remote

Overview

The Assistant Controller will assist in the preparation of financial statements in conformance with regulatory and accounting guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the corporate parent.

In Short

• Support monthly close process and financial statement preparation.
• Assist in quarterly balance sheet and profit and loss reviews.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with accounting teams for cash reconciliations.
• Liaise with Corporate for intercompany transactions.
• Prepare headcount-based accrual entries.
• Manage intercompany transfer pricing preparation.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Review daily cash positions.
• Assist with risk management functions.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Accounting.
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience in Oracle ERP and Hyperion Financials Management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Experience in tech and public companies preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
