AI Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join the NiCE CXone Mpower Proactive AI Agent research team, playing a key role in the success of our AI delivery.

In Short

• Design and implement models that integrate advanced AI technologies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create AI solutions.
• Work with other AI teams to maintain a unified AI strategy.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with AI advancements.
• Enhance performance and reliability of AI services.
• Mentor peers and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Review production prompts for improvements.
• Evaluate AI tools from the Research team.
• Stay informed about new advances in AI Engineering.

Requirements

• Python development experience (3+ years).
• Experience writing Python backend APIs (e.g. Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience writing Python packages.
• Source control experience (git).
• Writing clear, maintainable code.
• Experience with CI/CD and Python test suites (e.g. pytest).
• Experience using generative models and testing at scale.
• Familiarity with AI Engineering best practices.
• Ability to develop good relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
