The Nursing Coordinator (LPN) provides essential medical oversight and coordination to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in community-based settings.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Tennessee.
• 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with IDD.
• Understanding of DDA/DIDD policies preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
