Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, ML, and statistical modeling.
• 3+ years of experience managing data science teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Results-driven mindset focused on measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights.
• Experience with big data technologies like Vertica, Hadoop, or Spark.
