Junior Developer - Python/Js (Django is Must) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for generalist engineers to write scalable applications and maintain high performance Python code.

In Short

• Write scalable applications in Django/Flask
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Python code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Build and publish applications in app stores
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features
• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Requirements

• Ability to think through problems and work independently
• Experience with source/version control software, continuous integration, unit testing, build processes
• Experience using RESTful web services
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and self-motivated skills
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and Operating Systems
• Knowledge of Python web frameworks
• Willingness to learn new tools
