Integration Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Integration Engineer is responsible for conducting implementation activity executing on the standard implementation methodology across Nextech’s suite of solutions. This role will also provide advanced technical services and support for Nextech Software Products in accordance with clients' needs.

In Short

• Work week consists of Thursday – Monday, including nights and early mornings.
• Conduct client training for software applications.
• Complete administrative tasks to keep stakeholders updated.
• Maintain proficiency in Nextech software Solutions.
• Respond to Technical Services requests promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing client contact.
• Document interface configurations in Salesforce.
• Evaluate client hardware and provide recommendations.
• Lead technical initiatives to merge SQL Server databases.
• Optimize clinical merger workflow for efficiency.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with high-performance applications.
• Able to work Thursday – Monday schedule, including nights.
• Advanced technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of SQL queries.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and tools like Postman.
• Experience with UI automation tools like Selenium.
• 3+ years of SQL Server database experience.
