In Short

• Act as the technical counterpart to enterprise customers, helping understand requirements and define solutions.
• Support technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions.
• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and proofs of concept (PoCs).
• Translate complex customer needs into product configurations.
• Act as a feedback bridge between customers and the Engineering team.
• Ensure smooth onboarding by assisting with integrations and infrastructure alignment.
• Maintain relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer side.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and solution templates.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on customer use cases and deployment patterns.
• Work closely with customers to influence product direction based on real-world needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a technical role.
• Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure.
• Exposure to AI/ML systems and tooling.
• Experience delivering technical PoCs or integration pilots with enterprise clients.
• Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking abilities.
• Clear communicator, able to articulate technical topics effectively.
• Comfortable working in a high-velocity environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for customer sessions or events.
