Requirements

• Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of backend systems and JVM-based languages.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis/Memcached, and APIs.
• Experience with large-scale data engineering problems.
• Understanding of various data formats and connectors.
• Eagerness to explore new data connector technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to inspire a culture of self-learning.
• Track record of fostering collaboration across teams.
