  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable with data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Ability to influence and improve team data literacy.
  • Proficient in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Fast and scrappy working style, prioritizing actionable insights.
  • Builder mindset, focusing on automating reporting systems.
