Overview

The Marketing Analytics Manager will improve decision-making in the Marketing organization at Consensys through actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations, partnering with various teams to measure and optimize marketing performance.

  • Define and measure success on high-impact growth initiatives.
  • Coach and manage 1-2 direct reports.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.

  • Work autonomously and lead by example.

Requirements

  • Interest in Web3 and experience with on-chain data.
  • Mastery of SQL and Python; experience with dbt.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics concepts.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
