Security Officer - Remote

Overview

The Security Officer will provide a safe and secure environment for all hospital patients, visitors, and employees by enforcing hospital security regulations and monitoring for safety hazards.

In Short

• Part-time position, 32 hours per week, evenings.
• Protects people and property through patrol and surveillance.
• Provides emergency response to various situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in security or related fields preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.
• Must pass annual criminal background check.
• Must obtain first aid and CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Must maintain training records and certifications.
• Ability to interact positively with diverse populations.
• Experience with access control and surveillance technology preferred.
• Must be physically capable of the job duties.
