Overview

The Clinical Social Worker will provide psychosocial and mental health care for Spanish-speaking patients in a hybrid work environment, contributing to the psychiatric outpatient team at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Requirements

• Master’s of Social Work Degree from an accredited program.
• Current Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in psychiatric and community mental health services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Understanding of medical and psychiatric illnesses.
• Cultural sensitivity and competency in diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to consult and teach within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong crisis intervention skills.
• Analytical skills and computer literacy.
