Overview

The General Hospital Corporation Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who is passionate about community health and experienced in providing psychotherapy. The position is based at NEW Health's integrated Behavioral Health outpatient clinic.

Requirements

• Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.
• Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required.
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
• 3+ years post-licensure experience preferred.
• Experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate systems and advocate for patients.
