We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Customer Service Agent with exceptional English communication skills, proven call center expertise, and a strong sense of integrity. This is a fully remote role that requires a self-motivated, reliable individual who consistently demonstrates proactive behavior, empathy, and professionalism in every customer interaction.

In Short

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism.
• Provide support with account management, technical troubleshooting, order processing, and other service-related tasks based on account assignment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center or BPO environment.
• Exceptional English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Strong empathy and active listening skills.
• Proven ability to work towards defined performance KPIs.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Technologically proficient; able to navigate multiple systems and tools.
• Educational background: High School Graduate, SHS Graduate, Vocational/Associate Degree, or College Graduate.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrates initiative and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
