Overview

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect – HRSD for our Employee Practice, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services for large client programs, mentoring a team of Software Engineers, and aligning project tasks to engineers’ skill sets.

• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services.
• Mentor a team of Software Engineers.
• Host workshops and design solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical pre-sales support for complex projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor project scope.
• Prepare and facilitate customer workshops.
• Draft technical and process documentation.
• Research industry impacts for product enhancements.
• Assist Pre-Sales team with scoping service engagements.
• Define technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application development.
• 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with Enterprise Management tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD products preferred.
• Demonstrated Enterprise Architecture skills.
• Passion for engineering science and technology.
• Strong collaboration and customer assessment skills.
• Ability to thrive in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Experience with IT systems and technology platforms.
