Lead Direct Tax Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Lead Tax Accountant reporting to Manager Tax, to join our tax team to support the international tax compliance and reporting function.

In Short

• Responsible for compliance reporting for International Direct tax filings.
• Compute book-tax differences and prepare supporting tax return work papers.
• Coordinate the preparation of income tax returns with outside tax providers.
• Manage income tax audits and respond to tax notices.
• Prepare journal entries for income tax adjustments.
• Familiar with Global Withholding tax provisions.
• Own and manage tax general ledger accounts.
• Research tax issues and prepare technical memos.
• Participate in tax process optimization.
• Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in International Tax compliances.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of International Direct tax compliances.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity.
• High proficiency in Excel and tax research software.
• CA/MBA preferred.
