• Lead the technical vision and engineering roadmap at Neuroscale AI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong background in software architecture and development.
• Experience with TypeScript, Python, and AI/ML technologies.
• Ability to scale engineering organizations effectively.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects.
• Passion for innovation and building impactful products.
• Experience in recruiting and mentoring engineering talent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Benefits

• $150,000 - $200,000 base salary.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to $350,000.
