Overview

Neuron7.ai is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Operations Associate to support financial planning, accounting operations, reporting, and compliance in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Work across cloud platforms including QuickBooks and Google Workspace.
• Prepare budgets by coordinating across multiple functions.
• Own monthly consolidated financials and management reporting.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and revenue recognition.
• Support payroll processing and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure statutory and operational compliance.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team culture.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in finance, accounting, consulting, or business roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Strong technical proficiency with web-based and cloud applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage complex workloads independently.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
