Overview

As a Senior AWS Developer at NeuraFlash, you will execute and implement complex solution designs by leveraging AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale. This role focuses on delivering solutions for contact centers, specifically leveraging Amazon Connect.

In Short

• Work closely with Solution Architects to deliver successful contact center solutions.
• Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.

Requirements
