Overview

The AVP, Engineering and Delivery is responsible for owning software architecture, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products at scale.

In Short

• Lead and mentor engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, 5 in a leadership role.
• Expertise in cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience in full-stack development and software architecture.
• Proven ability in agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
• Experience in a high-growth technology environment.
