Overview

The Team Lead for Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for overseeing the billing processes and ensuring the financial health of both Netsmart and its clients by managing a productive team.

  • Lead a team managing billing processes for clients
  • Coach and train associates to foster a productive environment
  • Build strong relationships with clients and associates
  • Manage performance indicators such as A/R days and revenue
  • Develop and execute KPI improvement plans
  • Ensure team meets productivity and quality standards
  • Handle client issues and escalations effectively
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports as needed
  • Comfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of experience in medical billing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with medical billing compliance regulations
  • Experience with customer escalations in a call center
  • Medical coding certification preferred
  • People management experience
  • Strong communication skills
